The 12:2 Rebellion is not just a student ministry for middle school and high school, its an idea that we should all carry with us every day. The Rebellion is based on Romans 12:2 which says,

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

Young people are under more pressure than ever to conform to the ways of our broken world. As humans in this world, we have to learn to rely on God for our strength. Part of the way we do this is by being in fellowship one another. Fellowship is not just for adults, and we believe that young people are more capable than we often give them credit for! Sometimes they just need a group to grow in and with. Additionally, they are in a crucial stage of life where they are figuring out who they are and who they will become. While none of us, not even their parents, can answer that for them; GOD CAN! It is HIS good, pleasing, and perfect will!
